Shopping Guide : Shipment to overseas
How to order
1. Add products to your Shopping Cart by clicking: “Add to cart”.
2. Select "English" with the language switching button of the cart page.
4. After completing your order, we will inform you the total price including shipping fee by e-mail. Please be sure to confirm it.
5. I will ship the products.
Return policies
We cannot accept product returns from overseas.
Payment methods
Only credit cards are accepted for the payment.
About shipping cost
After ordering, we calculate the shipping cost and e-mail the total amount.
Shipping methods
The products will be airmailed by EMS. We will email you the EMS fee. The products will arrive in about 7 to 14 days, after the payment has been confirmed. Please refer to the EMS website for available areas, EMS fees and delivery days.

インターネットにて24時間受け付けております。
ご注文やご質問メールの対応は、土日祝日を除く平日のみです。
お電話の受付は平日9:00～18:00です。
お支払い方法
代金引換、クレジットカード決済がご利用いただけます。
※代金引換手数料は無料です。
※ご注文者様とは異なる名義のクレジットカードのご利用は承っておりません。
※ご注文者様の本人利用確認のため、運転免許証、パスポート等のコピーの提出を電話で依頼する場合がございます。
返品・交換について
万一不良品等がございましたら、商品を交換または返品をお受けいたします。
商品到着後7日以内に、弊社までご連絡の上商品をご返送ください。ご返送の際は、商品に同封されている「交換・返品申込書」に必要事項をご記入の上、必ず商品に同封してください。
お客様都合の場合は、商品を開封後の交換・返品はご容赦ください。
送料について
国内（沖縄を除く）：
１回のご注文につき、送料は550円（税込）です。お買い上げ金額3,000 円以上のご注文は送料無料です。
沖縄：
１回のご注文につき、送料は1,430円（税込）です。また、お買い上げ金額3,000円以上でも送料1,430円（税込）がかかります。

発送について
ご注文日より5営業日以内に発送致します。
ご注文が集中した場合は、お届けが遅れることがありますのでご了承ください。
同時にご注文いただいた商品でも、別々のお届けになる場合がございます。
